About Visitor Analytics and Lead Generation P…
From the official readme · v2.0.0Description
Most websites are designed for hit-and-run readers. People find your site, read your article, and leave. Wouldn’t it be nice if some of those people subscribe or share your amazing content?
Inbound Rocket has everything you need to grow your lead list. Here are the features that makes Inbound Rocket the most powerful customer acquisition & lead generation platform. For more information about the different features, check out our features section on our website.
Business Isn’t Business Unless It’s Personal
Proper customer acquisition starts by knowing the person you are contacting. That’s why when someone submits any form on your WordPress site, you want to know more about them. What are the pages they’ve visited, did they return multiple times, did they share certain content?
Inbound Rocket’s WordPress plugin gives you the details you need so you can make your next move.
Get More Traffic To Your Website
Most online businesses dream of having a highly popular website. It’s good for your brand and ultimately serves to drive wave after wave of potential customers your way. However, dreaming about it won’t get you there — taking action is the key.
By using one of sharing power-ups, you will make it more easy for your visitors to share your content and in return end up with more visitors.
Convert Your Website Visitors Into Customers
Most marketing experts agree that it takes an average of seven contacts with a prospect before they’ll buy. So the way to convert site visitors into prospects and prospects into customers (and first-time customers into repeat customers) is by building relationships over time. The only way for you to be able to start building those relationships is by capturing their email addresses.
Use our conversion power-ups to prevent people from slipping through the cracks.
Get Set Up In 3 Minutes
Inbound Rocket is easy to set up because it works with your existing website and even your existing forms. We automatically find and integrate with the forms on your site, no coding required.

2.0.0
MAJOR UPDATE: Complete plugin modernization with critical security fixes
This release introduces a modern architecture that can coexist with the legacy code. New features should use the namespaced classes (InboundRocket), while existing code continues to work via the compatibility layer.
1.6.0
We’ve been busy bees (or should we say busy rockets?) working behind the scenes to make Inbound Rocket more secure, more modern, and just plain better. This release is like giving your plugin a spa day, a security upgrade, and a code makeover all rolled into one.
Security: locked down tighter than Fort Knox
We’ve hardened escaping and database usage across all admin surfaces. Think of it as upgrading from a regular lock to a biometric vault with laser tripwires. Your data? Fortress-level protected. This was a massive undertaking touching over 60 files, but hey, security isn’t something you skimp on.
Code modernization: out with the old, in with the new
We’ve given the codebase a serious facelift. Removed those pesky deprecated create_function calls (they were so 2010), fixed void return types, added proper visibility requirements, and cleaned up logic throughout. It’s like we went through the entire codebase with a fine-tooth comb and said “nope, not good enough” to anything that wasn’t up to modern PHP standards.
Onboarding: no more Rubik’s cube in the dark
Remember when onboarding felt like trying to solve a puzzle blindfolded? Yeah, we fixed that. The onboarding process is now smoother than butter on a hot pancake. No more confusion, no more “wait, what do I do now?” moments—just a clear, guided path to capturing leads like a pro.
GDPR compliance: because privacy matters
We’ve made significant improvements to our GDPR compliance features. Fixed default values, improved export functionality, and made sure everything works the way it should. Your visitors’ data privacy? We’ve got it covered like a warm blanket on a cold night.
Form builder: building forms, building dreams
Added form builder code and fixed some GDPR issues along the way. Now you can build forms that work seamlessly with Inbound Rocket’s lead tracking. It’s like having a Swiss Army knife for lead generation.
Deprecated notices: consider them deprecated
Fixed those annoying deprecated PHP notices that were cluttering up your error logs. Your logs are now as clean as a whistle (or at least, way cleaner than before). No more scrolling through warnings to find actual errors.
Bug fixes: the usual suspects
Squashed bugs in the power-ups page, fixed issues with options not being removed on delete, improved logic throughout (isset to empty for better logic), and fixed various notice errors. We’ve been on a bug-hunting safari and came back with quite the collection.
Under the hood: the engine got a complete overhaul
Performance improvements, code cleanup, and general maintenance that’ll make everything run smoother than a rocket gliding through space. You might not notice it immediately, but your server will thank you (and so will your users).
That’s a wrap! This release represents months of work making Inbound Rocket more secure, more modern, and more reliable. As always, if you spot something that needs attention, drop us a line. We’re all ears (and rockets).
1.6.0
We’ve noticed some problems during on boarding that are fixed in this release. Next to that we’re supporting the latest version of WordPress. This means, fixes of showing jQuery migrate warnings and some other under the hood improvements…
1.5.4
Minor bug fix release to fix an issue with the Selection Sharer as reported by Dan Ackerman. Thanks a lot Dan for finding it!
1.5.3
It seemed the charting solution we were using is not fully compliant with the GPL rules, so in this release, we switched from Highcharts to Charts.js for our statistics dashboard and widget.
While we’re at it, are you missing anything on the statistics part that will help you improve your business results? Drop us a line so we can keep on improving Inbound Rocket.
Next, to that, there’s also some bug squashed and performance enhancements.
Thanks a lot, Daniel from Schoolastic for reporting the issue with our Welcome Mat so we could fix it. If you’re enjoying Inbound Rocket, please consider leaving a review or rating!
1.5.2
Small bug fix in the MailChimp connector, thanks to Han van Eijden for spotting this one! Next, to that, we made our connection to Gravatar in the backend go over https by default.
