- What is sent: The text prompts configured on the settings page (persona description, topic, writing instructions, and the comment text being replied to). The plugin does not send any personal data of your site visitors beyond the comment text itself.
- When it is sent: Each time an article is generated or a comment reply is requested.
- Why: The DeepSeek API is required to produce the AI-generated text that powers the plugin’s core features.
- Data retention: DeepSeek processes the prompts on its servers; please review DeepSeek’s policies below for details on how they handle data.

xiaochen-auto-writer-comment-replyfolder to/wp-content/plugins/ - Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen
- Go to Settings → xiaochen – Auto Writer & Comment Reply to configure
- Apply for an API Key at DeepSeek Developer Platform
- Configure publishing settings (articles per day, category, tags, etc.)
- Optional: Fill in “Persona” for role-play diary mode
- Click Execute Daily Tasks to start

How to customize the disclaimer card?

When does the bot run daily?
Uses WordPress Cron mechanism, triggered on site visits. For better reliability, set up a real server cron: curl --silent https://yoursite.com/wp-cron.php
How to change comment reply display name?
Modify “Bot Display Name” and “Bot Email” in the bot settings section.
