Woo Customer Insight provide greater insight into what your visitor are doing on your website. It allows you to see the pages your customers are visiting, where your customers are clicking , the time they spent on the different pages. It tracks the events, page visit and the time they spend on each page. The Opportunity Funnel lets you to know the number of number of visits, successful product purchase, etc. It tracks how your customers respond as they move through your site, from landing on the site to check out.
You can now capture where your customers drop off in the purchase process. It gives you clear view of your website areas that cause kink in your sales process. This information helps you to make the tweaks in your website to make the purchase process simple and easy for your customer. You can also identify the customers who abandon your site and reach out to them for re-marketing.

Installation
I. For a simple general way to install
- Login to your WordPress Admin (e.g. yourdomain.com/wp-admin/)
- Go to Plugins >> Add New
- Select the tab “Upload”
- Browse and Upload the downloaded zip file
- Activate the plugin after install
- You can see a new menu Woo Customer Insight in your Admin now
II. For familiar FTP users
- Extract the plugin zip
- Upload plugin zip to /wp-content/plugins/
- Go to Plugins >> Installed Plugins >> Inactive
- Click Activate to activate the plugin
- You can see a new menu Woo Customer Insight in your Admin now
III. Straight from WordPress Admin
- Login to your WordPress Admin (e.g. yourdomain.com/wp-admin/)
- Go to Plugins >> Add New
- Search for Woo Customer Insight
- Click Install Now to install
- Activate the plugin after install
- You can see a new menu Woo Customer Insight in your Admin now
