It is not alternative to Google Analytics but it can fill the gap of informations.

Plugin is free for everyone! Since it’s released under the GPL, you can use it free of charge on your personal or commercial blog.
Windows Client is also free of charge since is in ALFA or BETA state. After final release will be one-time small cost without any monthly costs like competitions have. People who help me test and brings some nice ideas for sure will obtain full license for free.
Installation
- Upload
site-sonardirectory to the/wp-content/plugins/directory - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
- Setup passworn in the
Site Sonarmenu. - Install Windows Client
