Wootalk is the outcome of all the problems that we face while communicating with our clients. WooCommerce just doesn’t have any solutions when it comes to being responsive to your loyal customer base.
Launched as a WooCommerce compatible plugin, WooTalk allows vendors and customers to Send/Receive messages right from their Order dashboard, after the order is placed. You can keep track of all your customer communication through dedicated individual conversation panels in continuation to previous message history. WooTalk is highly user friendly, Simple to setup and easy to use.
Email, Message Notifications make sure you never miss a message from your customers providing no fail ability to respond.
