Store administrators may optionally configure a Google Apps Script webhook URL in the WBPM → P&L Statements & Sync screen to sync order snapshot rows to their private spreadsheet. Data is transmitted directly to the webhook URL specified by the administrator; no data is sent to CreatoHub. Steadfast Courier (Optional, store-owner configured):
WBPM stores the store owner’s own Steadfast courier API credentials for courier fraud verification. The credentials are only used to query the Steadfast courier API (by the WBPM Pro companion plugin, when installed) for parcel delivery status and customer return history to prevent COD fraud. Installation
- Upload the
wbpm-business-profit-manager-for-woocommercefolder to your/wp-content/plugins/directory, or install directly through the WordPress Plugins screen. - Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen in WordPress.
- Ensure WooCommerce (v8.0 or higher) is installed and active.
- Navigate to WBPM Profit → Product Costs to set your initial product acquisition costs (COGS).
- Open WBPM Profit → Dashboard to view your real-time profit analytics!
Frequently asked questions
Does WBPM slow down my customer-facing store?
No. WBPM has zero frontend impact. All ledger calculations, React dashboard assets, and APIs run exclusively in the WordPress Admin dashboard for authorized store managers.
What happens if I change my product catalog prices next month?
WBPM uses Deterministic Historical Snapshotting. When an order is placed, the exact unit cost is permanently stored in order metadata. Future catalog price changes will never corrupt your historical financial records.
Does WBPM support Cash on Delivery (COD) with advance deposits?
Yes. WBPM features native smart partial advance calculations. If a customer pays an advance via mobile wallet or bank transfer, WBPM automatically computes the remaining COD balance for your courier slip.
Can I use WBPM with any currency?
Yes. WBPM dynamically inherits your store’s WooCommerce currency symbol, formatting, and decimal positions.
How does Google Sheets Sync work?
Open WBPM Profit → P&L Statements & Sync → Live Google Sheets Sync, follow the built-in setup guide to create a Google Apps Script webhook in your own spreadsheet, paste the webhook URL, and every order snapshot will be pushed to your sheet in real time. Your data goes only to the spreadsheet webhook you configure.
