Repalbe Booking is a privacy-first WordPress booking and contact plugin designed for private salons and small businesses. It is built to minimize data retention risks by ensuring essential customer contact details are received via email while keeping no personal data stored on your website.
Why “Zero-Storage” (Automated Data Deletion)?
As websites operate, customer data continuously accumulating in databases can lead to unexpected management burdens and risks. Do you really need to keep customer data stored on your server just to accept and manage appointments?
Repalbe Booking automatically purges the customer’s name, contact details, and messages from the database immediately after notification emails are dispatched to the administrator. Using the notification emails in your inbox as your secure primary record significantly reduces the risk of customer data leaks from your server.

Installation
- Upload the plugin files to the
/wp-content/plugins/repalbe-bookingdirectory, or install the plugin directly through the WordPress ‘Add New Plugin’ screen. - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.
- Upon activation, default initial configuration data is automatically generated to provide an immediate starting point.
- Open the “Repalbe Booking Settings” menu in your admin dashboard to customize store rules, courses, and contact form settings.
- Place
[repb_booking]on your reservation page, and[repb_contact]on your contact/inquiry page.

Does this plugin really delete customer personal data?
Yes. To minimize the risk of personal information leaks from your database, customer personal data and inquiry contents are automatically purged immediately after notification emails are successfully sent. Please manage records via the notification emails received in your inbox.
Can I manage both reservations and customer inquiries within this single plugin?
Yes. Repalbe Booking includes a built-in, standalone contact form shortcode ([repb_contact]). You can easily handle appointment bookings and general inquiries in one unified place without complicating your website setup.
Why don’t I see customer contact details in the WordPress admin dashboard?
This is not a bug—it is the core function of our “Zero-Storage” design. Customer details are purged from the database immediately after dispatching notification emails. Please check your inbox for customer records. The admin dashboard only stores non-personally identifiable booking slot information.
Can I reply directly to the notification email to contact the customer?
Yes. The notification emails automatically set the customer’s email address as the “Reply-To” header for the store administrator, and vice versa. You can simply hit “Reply” in your email client to communicate seamlessly.
What happens if notification emails fail to send?
Because Repalbe Booking uses a Zero-Storage design, booking details and inquiries are dispatched exclusively via email and are not retained in the database. To ensure reliable notification delivery, please make sure your WordPress hosting environment is properly configured to send transactional emails (e.g., using standard SMTP authentication). Mailbox configuration and email deliverability management are the responsibility of the site administrator.
What should I do if a security token notice appears?
Repalbe Booking includes built-in safeguards to process booking steps smoothly. However, if your website utilizes advanced page caching or CDN optimizations and you ever encounter a token notice, simply adding your booking and contact page URLs to your cache exclusion settings can ensure seamless operation.
Why are booking times shifted or displaying the wrong hour?
Please ensure your WordPress timezone is set correctly. Navigate to WordPress Admin > Settings > General and select your local city (e.g., “Tokyo”, rather than a manual UTC offset like “UTC+9”). This is required for accurate booking time processing and proper external calendar integration (Pro Edition).
Can I accept online credit card payments?
The free Core version supports Local Payment and Bank Transfer. If you wish to accept credit card payments via Stripe (including Apple Pay and Google Pay), the Pro Edition add-on is available. Please refer to our documentation for details.
How are cancellation fees handled?
In the Core version, you can display your cancellation policy text, and any refunds are processed manually. If you wish to automate cancellation fee calculations and instant Stripe refunds, you can upgrade to the Pro Edition add-on.
