QuickTasker is an open source kanban-style task management plugin for WordPress. Organize work into boards and stages, collaborate with WordPress users or dedicated QuickTasker users, and extend your workflow with automations, webhooks, and an API.
Organize your work
- Create boards with multiple stages and move tasks between them to track progress.
- Categorize and prioritize work with labels.
- Capture additional task data with custom fields.
- Highlight tasks with colors and set due dates.
- View board overview with task stats and charts.
- Archive completed tasks to keep boards focused.
Collaborate with your team
- Grant board access to existing WordPress users, or invite dedicated QuickTasker users who manage their tasks through a built-in front-end page.
