Configuration

Dolibarr URL

Enter the complete URL of your Dolibarr instance with DoliAppointments installed.
Example: https://your-instance.ma-gestion-cloud.fr

API Key

1. Enable the Web services / REST API module in Dolibarr (Home > Setup > Modules/Applications).
2. Create a dedicated technical user (recommended; do not use the administrator account).
3. Open Home > Users & Groups, open the user card, generate an API key, and save.
4. Copy the key into WordPress (DoliAppointments > Settings). Leave the field blank on save to keep the existing key.

The shortcode user_id is the Dolibarr user whose schedule is displayed. That user needs availability configured in DoliAppointments and these permissions (CRM/agenda records are created as that user):
– Third parties: read and create
– Contacts: create
– Agenda: create events

Business Type

Choose the type of business:
– B2B: Company field is required
– B2C: Company field is hidden
– Both: Company field is optional

• user_id : Required. The ID of the Dolibarr user whose schedule is displayed.
• lang : Optional. Form language: fr, en, es, it, de. Example: [doli_appointments user_id="1" lang="en"]

Troubleshooting

API Connection Error

• Check the Dolibarr URL
• Check the API key
• Verify that DoliAppointments module is installed in Dolibarr
• Test the connection from settings

Form Not Displaying

• Check that the shortcode is correct
• Verify that the user_id parameter is valid
• Confirm Dolibarr URL and API key in DoliAppointments > Settings
• Try clearing your browser cache or reinstalling the plugin from the official ZIP

No Available Slots

• Verify that the user has configured availability schedules in Dolibarr
• Check that the user has not exceeded the maximum advance booking period
• Verify that there are no conflicting appointments or unavailabilities
