Privacy Policy
PDF Invoice Lite does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Invoices are generated on demand from your existing WooCommerce order data and your branding settings, which are stored locally in your WordPress database. The plugin does not use cookies, does not include analytics, and does not call home.
Installation
From your WordPress dashboard
- Go to Plugins → Add New.
- Search for “PDF Invoice Lite”.
- Click Install Now, then Activate.
- Make sure WooCommerce is installed and active.
Manual installation
- Upload the
pdf-invoice-litefolder to/wp-content/plugins/. - Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen in WordPress.
Setup
- Go to WooCommerce → PDF Invoice.
- Add your company name, address, email, logo, and accent color.
- Open any order and click Save as PDF, or let customers view their invoice from My Account.

Does this require WooCommerce?
Yes. If WooCommerce is not active you’ll see an admin notice, and the invoice features load only when WooCommerce is present.
What’s the difference between Lite and Pro?
Lite shows your customers a clean, branded invoice on screen — ready to print or save as PDF from any browser. Pro generates real downloadable .pdf files that auto-attach to WooCommerce order emails, bulk-export from the orders list, and support multiple branded templates plus packing slips and credit notes. Can I get a real downloadable PDF file?
Lite produces the invoice as an on-screen, print-ready page — use your browser’s “Save as PDF” to download it. Server-generated .pdf files are a Pro feature.
Can invoices attach to order emails automatically?
Lite adds a link to the invoice in customer order emails. Automatically attaching the PDF file to emails is a Pro feature.
Does it create packing slips or credit notes?
Lite focuses on the order invoice. Packing slips and credit notes are a Pro feature.
Will the printed invoice include my theme header and footer?
No. The invoice opens as its own standalone page, so printing or saving as PDF produces just the invoice — no site navigation or other page clutter.
