- You can also upload the plugin folder manually to

- Add the API key for your selected provider and save settings.

Why is GPT Image 1.5 the default image model?
WordAI keeps the existing GPT Image 1.5 default to avoid unexpectedly changing saved workflows. Choose a newer model in Image Settings when it is available in your OpenAI account. Image size and quality options adjust to that model.
Which providers can generate images?
OpenAI, Google Gemini, and xAI Grok support image generation in WordAI. Anthropic Claude and DeepSeek are available for text workflows, but they do not currently provide native image generation through their standard API keys.

Does WordAI update database tables during normal plugin updates?
Yes. WordAI includes a versioned database updater that runs in wp-admin after plugin updates, so new or changed custom tables and columns can be applied without deactivating and reactivating the plugin.
Why are my results truncated?
Check the item’s error message and your selected model’s output-token settings. A provider limit, explicit stop sequence, network timeout, or safety response can interrupt generation. Reset the selected provider’s API Settings when appropriate, or shorten the request, then retry the affected item.
Why can Search Console totals differ from the page or query rows?
Property totals and detailed rows are separate Google reports. Privacy filtering, anonymized queries, and row limits mean visible rows may not add up to the totals. Compare the same property, dates, Web search type, and finalized data in Google Search Console. WordAI shows the last synchronization state so you can distinguish cached reports from a newly completed sync.
How do I improve content from a Search Console report?
Use Review & Optimize to open matching WordPress content, or use the available SEO Scan action to inspect on-page issues. Review proposed changes before applying them. Search performance updates only after Google processes your pages; an on-page score is not a Google ranking guarantee. See the Search Console guide.
Do I need to wait for every generated image before reviewing the results?
No. Each completed image appears as generation progresses. When automatic Media Library saving is enabled, saved images can be selected as the featured image. Cancel stops the remaining queue while keeping completed results available.
