Logging
To keep track of the plugin’s errors, default log level for payment and delivery is set to ‘Error’.
The logs can be viewed and downloaded from the plugin ‘Extra Settings’ page. To download the zip, php zip extension is required.
Log files can be deleted from the ‘WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs’ page. Available logging levels are:
– None: it disables logging and no logs are saved.
– Error: only plugin errors are saved.
– Info: plugin errors and related debug information are saved.

Installation by FTP
- Download Paysera plugin zip.
- Connect to server and go to WordPress base directory.
- Create New Folder and name it ‘Paysera’ in:
/wp-content/plugins - Extract files and directories from zip file to newly created ‘Paysera’ folder.
- Activate Paysera plugin:
Plugins -> Installed Plugins -> Paysera Payment And Delivery -> Activate - Configure Paysera plugin in:
Paysera -> Payments
Paysera -> Delivery
Enter checkout project id, password and other required information. - Save changes.
Installation from admin panel (zip file)
- Download Paysera plugin zip.
- Connect to WordPress admin panel.
- Install Paysera plugin to WordPress:
Plugins -> Add New -> Upload Plugin -> Choose File -> Choose downloaded zip -> Install Now - Activate Paysera plugin:

Fix — Payments no longer fail with gateway error 0x15x0 when a page builder (e.g. Elementor Pro) makes the order-received return URL relative; the accept URL is now always sent as an absolute URL. Fix — Order confirmation callbacks now reach the store on multilingual sites that add a language query string to the home URL (e.g. ?lang=xx); the callback URL is built without a malformed double query string.

- Fix — Self-Diagnosis page no longer fails on newer PHP versions that are not yet listed in the version comparison rules.
- Improvement — Activating both the legacy and the new Paysera plugin at the same time is now prevented to avoid conflicts.
- Improvement — Delivery Project ID and Password are now validated against Paysera before being saved, with clear admin notices for invalid credentials or rate-limited requests.
- Improvement — Refund operations are now compatible with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS).
- Improvement — Added a “One shipment per order” delivery setting. When enabled, the entire order is sent as a single shipment instead of creating multiple shipments.
