Entry Manager for WPForms saves every WPForms submission to a database table on your own site, then gives you a proper admin screen to search, filter, view and export them. WPForms Lite is an excellent form builder, but it does not store entries at all – once a notification email is lost, the submission is gone. This plugin fills that gap.

Vishavjeet Entry Manager for WPForms stores form submission data in your WordPress database including:
- Form field values submitted by users
- IP addresses of submitters (optionally anonymized)
- User agent information (optional)
- WordPress user IDs (if logged in during submission)
This data is stored locally on your server and is not sent to any external services.
The plugin registers with WordPress’ privacy tools, so stored entries are included when you handle a personal data export or erasure request from Tools > Export Personal Data and Tools > Erase Personal Data.
You can limit what is collected and how long it is kept under Form Entries > Settings.

Does this plugin work with WPForms Lite?
Yes! This plugin is specifically designed to add entry management features to WPForms Lite, but it also works perfectly with WPForms Pro.
Does this work with WPForms Pro?
Yes, the plugin works with both WPForms Lite and Pro versions. However, WPForms Pro already includes its own entry management system, so entries will be stored twice.
Where are the entries stored?
All entries are stored in a custom database table in your WordPress database. No external services are used.
Can I export old entries?
Yes! You can export entries from any time period. The plugin stores all historical submissions.
What data is captured from submissions?
The plugin captures all form field data, submission date/time, user IP address, user agent, and WordPress user ID (if logged in). IP anonymization and user agent capture can be configured under Form Entries > Settings.
Can I delete entries?
Yes. Each row has a Trash action, and trashed entries can be restored or deleted permanently. Bulk actions are available for all three operations.
Can I automatically delete old entries?
Yes. Under Form Entries > Settings you can set a retention window in days. A daily scheduled task removes anything older. Set it to 0 to keep entries indefinitely.
Does it slow down my website?
No. The plugin only loads its admin interface on its own screens, and query results are cached in the object cache.
Is it GDPR compliant?
The plugin gives you the tools you need: entries are included in WordPress’ Export Personal Data and Erase Personal Data requests, IP addresses can be anonymized, user agent capture can be switched off, and a retention window can automatically delete old submissions. Compliance also depends on how you configure and document your own site.
Can I customize the export format?
The plugin provides three export formats out of the box (CSV, Excel and JSON). Developers can add their own using the vjemwpf_export_formats filter, or reshape existing output with vjemwpf_export_row.
Which users can see entries?
By default, administrators only. Developers can change this with the vjemwpf_capability filter.
Does it support file uploads?
Yes, file upload URLs are stored and displayed as clickable links in the entry view.
What happens if I deactivate WPForms?
The plugin requires WPForms to be active. If WPForms is deactivated, you’ll see an admin notice. Your stored entries are not affected.
Will I lose my entries if I deactivate this plugin?
No, entries are stored in the database and will remain there even if you deactivate the plugin. Data is only removed on deletion, and only if you enable “Delete all data on uninstall” in the settings.

- Fixed: Excel export produced a file that could not be opened. The workbook XML was being HTML-escaped before output.

- Fixed: Paragraph and address fields lost their line breaks when stored. Multiline field types now use the correct sanitizer.
