TatinAndCo Delivery Scheduler for WooCommerce adds a pickup or delivery scheduling section to your WooCommerce checkout page. Customers select whether they want to pick up their order or have it delivered, choose a preferred date, and select a time slot — all before placing their order.
Key Features:
- Pickup or Delivery selection with a configurable minimum order amount to unlock delivery
- Date picker with configurable lead days, disabled weekdays, and blackout dates
- Time slot picker with configurable opening/closing hours, slot interval, and blackout times
- All button labels and customer-facing messages are editable from the WooCommerce admin panel
- Order type, date, and time are saved to the order and shown in the admin view, confirmation email, and thank-you page
- Fully compatible with WooCommerce High Performance Order Storage (HPOS)
First-Time Setup
After activation, the pickup/delivery section will not appear on your checkout page until the plugin has been configured. A yellow notice banner — “TatinAndCo Delivery Scheduler: Configure now →” — will appear across your WordPress admin panel as a reminder. It disappears automatically once you save your settings for the first time.
Configuration
Navigate to WooCommerce > Pickup/Delivery in your admin panel.
Pickup / Delivery Options
- Set the Pickup and Delivery button labels shown to customers at checkout.
- Set the Minimum Order Amount required to unlock the delivery option. Set to 0 to always allow delivery regardless of order value.
- Enter the Pickup Notice message displayed at the bottom of the section (e.g. pickup address instructions). Leave it blank to hide the notice entirely.
Date Settings
- Set the Minimum Lead Days — how many days ahead the earliest bookable date is.
- Set the Maximum Lead Days — how far ahead customers can book.
- Check the Disabled Days of Week that are never available for pickup or delivery.
- Add Blackout Dates (one per line, YYYY-MM-DD) for public holidays or closures.
Time Settings
- Set your Opening and Closing Time to define the booking window.
- Choose a Time Slot Interval (15 min, 30 min, 1 hour, or 2 hours).
- Add Blackout Times (one per line, HH:MM) to remove specific slots every day.
Installation
- In your WordPress admin panel, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
- Select the plugin ZIP file and click Install Now.
- Once installed, click Activate Plugin.
WooCommerce must be installed and active before activating this plugin.

Can I allow delivery for all orders regardless of order value?
Yes. Set the Minimum Amount for Delivery to 0 in the plugin settings.
Can I hide the pickup notice?
Yes. Leave the Pickup Notice field blank in the settings and it will not be displayed.
