This plugin relies on the StoreVoiceAI cloud service to deliver real-time AI voice conversations. It is the only third-party service the plugin contacts.

What it is used for:
- Provisioning and updating your AI voice agent (name, voice, greeting, knowledge base).
- Initiating and routing voice calls between your customers and the AI agent.
- Provisioning and managing inbound phone numbers (US area codes).
- Returning call logs, call analytics, and minutes-usage information for display inside your WordPress admin.
- Synchronizing your store’s WooCommerce product data and selected knowledge-base pages so the agent can answer customer questions about your catalog.
What data is sent and when:
- When you activate the plugin, the plugin sends your site URL, site name, and a generated WooCommerce REST API key so the service can read your catalog on your behalf.
- When you configure your agent or knowledge base in the plugin admin, the corresponding settings (agent name, voice selection, greeting, list of knowledge-base pages) are sent to the service.
- When a customer initiates a voice call through the on-site widget or your provisioned phone number, the call audio is streamed to the service for real-time AI processing.
- When you open the admin dashboards, the plugin requests aggregated call logs and minutes usage from the service.

Privacy
StoreVoiceAI processes conversation audio and metadata through the StoreVoiceAI service (storevoiceai.com) to deliver AI voice conversations. The plugin does not store call audio inside your WordPress database. Call logs and analytics displayed in the WordPress admin are summaries only.
This plugin transmits your store’s product data and knowledge base content to the StoreVoiceAI service to power agent responses.

Requirements
- WordPress 5.0 or higher
- WooCommerce 5.0 or higher (installed, activated, and configured with a currency)
- PHP 8.0 or higher
Installing from the WordPress admin
- In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins -> Add New and search for “StoreVoiceAI for WooCommerce.”
- Click Install Now, then Activate.
- A new StoreVoiceAI menu will appear in your admin sidebar. Open it to configure your agent.
Installing manually
- Download the plugin zip from the WordPress plugin directory.
- In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins -> Add New -> Upload Plugin.
- Choose the zip file, click Install Now, then Activate.
Installing via FTP
- Unzip the plugin file.
- Upload the

Do I need WooCommerce installed?
Yes. StoreVoiceAI is purpose-built for WooCommerce stores and will not activate without WooCommerce installed, activated, and configured with a store currency set.
What happens to my dashboard and call logs when my free minutes are used?
Your dashboard, call analytics, and full call logs remain completely accessible. You can review every conversation, see trends, and manage your agent settings at any time. Additional call minutes are available through a paid plan at storevoiceai.com.
Will my customers know they’re talking to an AI?
We recommend being transparent with your customers. Your agent’s name and opening greeting are fully customizable, so you can introduce them however suits your brand.
Can I choose how the agent sounds?
Yes. You can pick from a range of natural-sounding voices in the Settings page inside the plugin.
Can customers call a real phone number?
Yes. You can provision a dedicated phone number directly from the Phone Numbers section in the plugin. Pick a US area code and the number is ready in seconds.
How does the agent know about my products?
The agent uses your store’s WooCommerce product data and any pages you add to its knowledge base. You manage which content it learns from inside the plugin.
Where can I see how my agent is performing?
The plugin includes a Dashboard with call volume, duration trends, and analytics, plus full Call Logs showing every conversation with timestamps and details.
Does the plugin work with my theme?
The on-site call widget is a small, self-contained button that sits on your shop page. It is designed to work alongside any well-built WooCommerce theme without conflicts.
What if the agent doesn’t know the answer to a question?
The agent stays on-brand and politely redirects the conversation to what it can help with. You can shape its behavior and persona through the agent settings.
