Plain Tracker is a time clock plugin designed to help your organization keep track of hours worked by employees or volunteers. Users can quickly clock in and clock out. Managers can easily keep track of employees and their time with time clock logs and reports.
Features:
- Employees can clock in and clock out from shifts.
- Admins can easily create new worker accounts for existing WordPress users.
- Admins can create and edit time log records.
- Admins can view who is currently working in real time.
- Admins can filter and group the list of time clock entries to analyze their users attendance.
Pro features:
- Admins can export activity to CSV file.
- Admins can view the total number of time records and work duration within the selected date period with breakdown by worker.
- Admins can filter the time records list by one or more workers.

Installation
Automatic installation
Automatic installation is the easiest option as WordPress handles the file transfers itself and you don’t even need to leave your web browser.
To do an automatic install:
- Log in to your WordPress admin panel, navigate to the Plugins menu and click Add New.
- In the search field type “PlainTracker” and click Search Plugins.
- Once you’ve found the plugin you can install it by clicking Install Now.
Manual Installation
The manual installation method involves downloading the plugin and uploading it to your web server.
- Download the plugin file and unzip it.
- Using an FTP program, or your hosting control panel, upload the unzipped plugin folder to your WordPress installation’s wp-content/plugins/ directory.
- Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in the WordPress admin.
