The Paychef payment gateway is a simple method to integrate all major payment methods in WooCommerce with one single payment gateway. The Paychef Payment Gateway helps you to accept credit card payments securely.
The Paychef plugin extends WooCommerce allowing you to take payments directly on your store via Paychef’s API.
Paychef provides you with an optimal payment page that is fully optimized for mobile devices and supports all major payment methods, especially in Europe. You can easily and quickly integrate it into your WooCommerce shop, while customizing the design to your preferences.

What is Google Pay and what is it used for:
Google Pay is a digital wallet platform that allows customers to make secure payments using their saved payment methods. This plugin loads the Google Pay JavaScript library to display the Google Pay payment option during checkout.
What data is sent and when:
When a customer selects Google Pay as their payment method, payment information is transmitted directly between the customer’s browser and Google’s servers. The plugin loads the Google Pay JavaScript library (https://pay.google.com/gp/p/js/pay.js) when the checkout page is accessed.

Installation
- Download the plugin
- Install the plugin using the .zip archive
- Activate the installed plugin in your WooCommerce Backend
- Configure the plugin in your Paychef Account
- Enter the title which should be displayed during checkout, your instance name (e.g. example.paychef.com => example) and the API secret which you can find in your Paychef administration interface under Settings > API
- Configure the webhook URL in Paychef, use the URL to your shop and add /?wc-api=wc_paychef_gateway
