Installation
From WordPress Admin
- Go to WordPress Admin > Plugins > Add New from the left-hand menu
- In the search box type NowPost Click & Collect
- Click on Install now when you see NowPost Click & Collect to install the plugin
- After installation, activate the plugin
Manual Installation
- Search for NowPost Click & Collect in WordPress plugins or download the plugin from WordPress.org
- Go to WordPress Admin > Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin
- Choose the downloaded zip file and click Install Now
- After installation, activate the plugin
NowPost Setup and Configuration
- Go to WooCommerce > Settings and click on the Shipping tab
- Click Add shipping zone or select an existing zone
- Click Add shipping method and select NowPost Click & Collect
- Go to WooCommerce > NowPost to enter your widget token and update any other settings you want:
Basic Settings:
* Enable/Disable — Check this checkbox to enable NowPost on your store’s checkout
* Title — This appears as the shipping method name during checkout (default: “Pickup Point”)
* Widget Token — Enter your NowPost API widget token from your NowPost dashboard
* Production Mode — Toggle between production and staging environments
Brand Customization:
* Accent Color — Customize the widget’s primary color to match your brand
* Logo URL — Add your logo to the pickup point selector widget
* Map Marker URL — Use a custom map marker icon
* Initial Zoom — Set the default map zoom level
Advanced Settings:
* Require Selection — Choose whether to enforce pickup point selection before payment
* Phone Number Country — Set the default country for phone number formatting (default: Nigeria)
- Click on Save Changes to update the settings
- Test the checkout flow to ensure pickup points are displaying correctly
If NowPost doesn’t appear as a shipping method:
* Ensure you’ve enabled the shipping method in your shipping zone
* Verify you’ve entered your Widget Token correctly
* Make sure you’ve clicked Save Changes
