0.4.32

• The Products list now flags a product whose sizes cannot print as named: a red badge for a size bigger than the builder prints, an amber one for a size whose Width and Height do not match its name, a line saying which sizes and what to do, and a Fix sizes button that opens the product at the first one.
• The product editor shows the largest sheet the builder prints, 160 cm wide and 1000 cm (10 m) long, in your store’s unit. A size above it is marked in red and the product cannot be saved until it is smaller or deleted, because an order for it would fail. Add a size refuses one too. A size whose Width and Height disagree with its name is explained right above the list.
• Changing the store’s unit between inches and centimetres now asks first, lists the sizes that will be renamed and explains what happens. Every size keeps its real print size, and a size named after its size is renamed to match in WooCommerce (22X24 becomes 55.88X60.96), so names, the editor and the builder agree. If your sizes were typed in the other unit by mistake, set their Width and Height to the numbers you meant.
• Fixed: with “Require customer login” on, “Upload a ready gang sheet” never reached the cart and ended with “DTFBuild did not answer”, even for a logged-in customer. It now uploads for any logged-in customer, and a customer who is not logged in is told to log in straight away.
• “Let customers upload a ready gang sheet” is now at the top of the product’s Sheet type tab. Turning it on opens a short explanation for that product: what the customer sees, how the sheet is priced, and what to check first, such as the sizes it will be matched to.
• On a roll product, an uploaded sheet narrower than the film is now taken and prints as it is, billed on its length; a wider one is still refused. The sheet is measured at 300 DPI, the resolution it prints at. Requires the matching DTFBuild server release.
• The Orders tab and the order screen now warn when a print file came out below your DPI setting because the customer’s browser could not make it at full quality, and suggest Server-side print rendering, which always makes the full DPI. Requires the matching DTFBuild server release; earlier orders are not marked.

0.4.31

• New setup videos, re-recorded against this release: one for a product with fixed sheet sizes and one for a product priced by automatic roll length. Both play in the plugin’s own setup guide.
• Fixed: clicking a Nesting card in Settings now moves the tick to it. The setting itself always saved what you clicked; only the ring stayed on the other card.
• Connect DTFBuild account now works on a site that runs inside a browser sandbox, such as WordPress Playground. Those sites rewrite the redirect to DTFBuild, so the approval landed on a “Page not found”; the plugin now hands you a link that opens the approval in a new tab and keeps your site running in this one, and prints the address to copy if your browser will not open that tab.

• Customers can send a gang sheet they already have. A second button appears under the builder: the customer picks their finished PNG, DTFBuild reads how big it really prints, offers the size it fits with its price, and adds it to the cart like any built sheet.
• You turn it on per product, in one place: the product’s Sheet type tab, right under its sizes. The wording there says what it means for that product — a fixed-size product matches the sheet to one of your sizes, a roll product bills it by length and needs the file at exactly the film width. The Products list marks every product that takes ready sheets, and the upload button’s own text is on the product’s Storefront buttons tab.
• A file that cannot be printed is turned away before it is bought: anything that is not a PNG, and a sheet bigger than every size you sell. A roll product is measured and billed by the length it uses, exactly as a built sheet is.
• Uploaded sheets are marked as such on the cart line and on the order, so whoever prints it knows to print it as supplied. Customers can leave a note with the sheet, and it travels to your order.

0.4.29

• DTFBuild sits in the toolbar at the top of every screen, beside New, in the admin and on your shop. Its menu opens the Dashboard, Orders, Products and Settings, or your DTFBuild account, and it carries the count of orders waiting.
• Settings showed the same picture on both nesting cards, and neither card looked chosen once Shape nesting was on. Shape nesting now shows its shorter sheet, and the card you are using is ticked. The setting itself always worked.

0.4.28

• A Dashboard tab: setup progress, your last orders, sheets and film ordered, how customers buy and which product sells most. The setup checklist disappears once every step is done.
• Choose how designs are packed with two pictures instead of a “Crazy packing” tick box: Standard nesting fits rectangles, Shape nesting follows the outline of each design and fits more on a sheet.
• Decide what customers can change in the builder: the gap between designs, and whether they can turn rotation off. Both stay on unless you turn them off.
• Sizes keep selling when out of stock. Gang sheets are printed to order, so a size that hit zero stock no longer stops selling; the product editor says which sizes were at risk.

0.4.27

• Add a size from the product editor: type a width, a height and a price, and the size is created on the product as a new variation, ticked and ready to sell. It is named like the product’s other sizes, a size it already has is refused, and it never shows out of stock.
• Edit a size in place: change its width, height or price in the product editor and save. A size named after its dimensions, like 30X200, is renamed to match on the product page; other names are left alone, and a shared global Size value is never renamed for other products.
• Delete a size from the product editor: it is marked until you save, with Undo, and the last size always stays. Its value leaves the product’s Size list; a shared global Size value is only unlinked, never deleted.
• Settings and the product editor now use clear tabs, easy to tell apart from the choices under them.
• The product editor keeps its title, tabs and Save button in view; only the sizes and settings scroll.
• The PNG + PDF output choice is gone. Stores that had it now get a PDF; PNG only and PDF only stay as they were.
