Digitrix Fraud Shield for WooCommerce is an all-in-one fraud prevention and manual payment management plugin crafted specifically for Bangladeshi e-commerce merchants.
Fake orders, return-to-origin (RTO), and uncollected Cash on Delivery (COD) parcels cause massive revenue loss. Digitrix Fraud Shield solves this by instantly analyzing the customer’s previous courier delivery records (across Pathao, Steadfast, RedX, Paperfly, Parceldex, and CarryBee) the moment they enter their mobile number at checkout.
If a buyer has a high cancellation rate or poor delivery history, the plugin dynamically disables Cash on Delivery (COD) and requires them to pay the full order amount or only the delivery charge in advance via built-in manual payment gateways (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).

Installation
Automatic Installation
- Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
- Navigate to Plugins > Add New.

- Upload the

Setup & Configuration
- Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Digitrix Fraud Shield (or the Fraud Checker admin menu).
- Under the 🔑 API Connection tab, select your API provider (BD Courier or Onsoftcode) and enter your API Key.
- Under the ⚡ Fraud Rules tab, enable Fraud Check and set your desired Threshold % (e.g.
30%). - Under the 💰 Payment Gateways tab, configure your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay wallet numbers and instructions.
- Save changes. Your store is now protected!

When enabled, if a customer’s success rate is below your threshold: 1. The checkout dynamically discounts the product price from the upfront payable total, charging only the shipping fee. 2. The customer pays the shipping fee via manual bKash/Nagad/Rocket/Upay. 3. The remaining product balance is collected via COD upon delivery.
