About ClickSyncr for GetResponse
From the official readme · v26.10.03.13Description
ClickSyncr for GetResponse – Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable & Forminator connects your forms to GetResponse, so every form submission becomes a contact on your GetResponse list: automatically, with no code.
Works with your form builder
One plugin, one GetResponse connection. ClickSyncr configures each form right inside the builder you already use, and it connects your forms to 20+ other email marketing platforms too.
“GetResponse” is a trademark of its respective owner. This plugin is an independent integration and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by GetResponse.
Why you’ll love it
- Set up in minutes: paste your GetResponse API key and you’re connected. No developers, no code.
- One key for the whole site: the key is shared with every form builder ClickSyncr supports, so you connect once and every form can use it.
- Your lists load automatically: choose which GetResponse list new contacts join, right inside the form editor.
- Map any field: send a contact’s name and any of your own GetResponse custom fields straight from your form. Your custom fields are read from your account, so the list you see is the list you have.
- Built-in opt-in: add a consent checkbox and ClickSyncr adds the contact when a visitor ticks it, and sends nothing at all when they leave it unticked.
- Double opt-in stays yours: the GetResponse list decides whether a confirmation email goes out, and the panel shows you which setting the list you picked is using before you save.
- No duplicate contacts: GetResponse matches on email address, so re-submitting an address that is already on the list is a quiet no-op instead of an error.
- A setup for every form: each form can sync to a different GetResponse list with its own field mapping, in every supported builder.
- Sync health at a glance: an admin-bar menu shows every form’s GetResponse sync counts and the last error, if any.
- Lightweight and fast: built to WordPress standards, so it never slows your site down.
- You stay in control: you decide exactly what data is sent to GetResponse, and to which list.

GetResponse
Connected forms send their submissions to GetResponse. Read more in the GetResponse privacy policy.
External services
Optional signal sharing sends software versions, aggregate configuration and delivery counts, and random installation/device identifiers to Signls only after an administrator enables it in this plugin’s signal-sharing settings. It excludes contact/submission values and credentials. You can turn sharing off at any time. See external services and privacy details.
This plugin connects to GetResponse. When you connect, refresh or open a configured form’s settings, it authenticates with your API key and requests the available lists, fields and account settings. A configured form submission sends the email address and the fields you map to your selected destination. A test submission sends the test address and configured fields. Subscription and consent settings determine whether a submission is sent.

Privacy
ClickSyncr does not set tracking cookies or send visitor IP addresses to a geolocation service. If you map context fields, the mapped page URL, IP address, browser information or submission time is sent to GetResponse. Optional sender context adds the page, form, time and browser to the site owner’s notification email. API credentials, form settings and sync counters are stored in your WordPress database. Administrators can enable a local diagnostic log with redacted personal data. ClickSyncr does not receive your form submissions.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a GetResponse account?
Yes. You’ll need an active GetResponse account and an API key to sync your contacts.
Which form builders are supported?
Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, and Forminator. At least one of them must be installed and activated.
Where do I find my GetResponse API key?
Log in to GetResponse and open Menu, then Integrations & API, then API. Each builder setup guide shows exactly where to paste it.
Can I map custom fields?
Yes. Your GetResponse custom fields are read from your account and offered alongside the contact’s name, so you map to the fields you actually have.
How does the opt-in consent field work?
Pick a consent field (a checkbox, acceptance, or radio) from your form. When a visitor ticks it, the contact is sent to GetResponse; if they leave it unticked, nothing is sent at all, so nobody is added without agreeing.
Does it work with GetResponse double opt-in?
Yes. Your GetResponse list decides whether a confirmation email is sent, and the panel tells you which setting the list you chose is using, so you know before you save whether new contacts join right away or must confirm first.
Will it create duplicate contacts?
No. GetResponse matches on email address. If the address is already on the list, the submission is treated as a quiet success rather than an error.
Can I use different settings for different forms?
Yes. Every form has its own ClickSyncr for GetResponse – Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable & Forminator setup, so each can sync to a different list.
