The plugin includes a complete claim management system for store admins, flexible insurance plans, refund workflows, analytics, and customizable widget settings.

Configure Insurance Plans
- Go to Shipping Protect → Plans
- Select your insurance plan type:

- Enable shipping protection on Cart and/or Checkout
- Customize:
- Switcher layout (toggle or checkbox)

- View all protected WooCommerce orders

Insurance Plan Types
Fixed Plan
Charge a fixed insurance amount per order.
Example:
Order Protection = $5
Percentage Plan
Charge insurance based on order subtotal percentage.
Example:
2% of cart subtotal
Cart Value Based Plan (Pro)
Charge different protection fees depending on cart total ranges. Available in Centous Shipping Protection Pro.
Example:
$2.99 for carts under $50, $4.99 for carts between $50 and $150, and $7.99 for carts over $150.
Claim Workflow
- Customer places an order with shipping protection enabled
