How much does it cost?
The transaction fee starts at 0.4%. There is no setup cost, no monthly fee, no minimum volume requirement. For higher monthly volumes, custom rates are available — contact the 2328.io team.
Which cryptocurrencies can my customers pay with?
BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, BNB, TRX, LTC, DASH, TON, AVAX, POL, SOL and DOGE. Stablecoins (USDT and USDC) are supported across multiple networks — TRON, Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon, Avalanche, TON and Solana — so customers always pick the cheapest network for them.
Will I be exposed to price volatility?
No. The invoice amount is fixed in your store currency (USD, EUR, USDT) at the moment of creation. The exchange rate is locked until invoice expiration. You can also enable auto-conversion so every incoming payment is automatically swapped into USDT or USDC.
Are there chargebacks?
No. Cryptocurrency payments are final once confirmed on the blockchain. This protects your store from fraudulent disputes. Refunds are possible — initiated by you through the merchant dashboard or API.
How long does integration take?
Technically — one day. After you install the plugin and sign up at 2328.io, you can run your first test transaction within minutes.
Who pays the network gas fee?
The customer pays the blockchain network fee. It is shown to them before confirming the payment and does not affect your settlement amount.
