a. License Grant
PageForge grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services in accordance with your Subscription plan.
b. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
● Use PageForge for unlawful or misleading content
● Violate intellectual property rights
● Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Services
● Abuse system resources or bypass usage limits
● Upload malicious code or harmful data
5. AI Content & Automation
● PageForge may generate AI-assisted content based on user input.
● Generated content is provided “as-is” and may require review before publication.
● You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of all content published using PageForge.
● PageForge does not guarantee SEO rankings, traffic, or business outcomes.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
● Pricing, features, and limits vary by plan and are subject to change.
● Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
● Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access.
● Promotional discounts may be time-limited and non-transferable.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy page. Unless otherwise stated, all payments are non-refundable.
8. Intellectual Property
● PageForge retains all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, branding, and documentation.
● You retain ownership of your original content and data.
● You grant PageForge a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Services.

10. Service Availability & Modifications

● We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond reasonable control.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:

● You misuse the Services
● Required by law or security concerns
Upon termination, your license to use PageForge immediately ends.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
PageForge is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
● PageForge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
● Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to PageForge in the previous 12 months
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PageForge, its affiliates, and partners from claims arising from:
● Your use of the Services
● Content published using PageForge
● Violation of these Terms or applicable laws
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
